EU1 and EU2 Proxy

I have noticed that after selecting to use the EU proxy in the launcher options, only one of them is able to take me through to the character select screen.

Whenever I get stuck on the connecting to login server and taken back to the login screen after a few minuets I noticed in the bottom left of my window it said eu1.proxy. Now when I have been able to connect without a problem and go straight into the game, it has said eu2.proxy.

Can't really suggest much other than perhaps removing the eu1 proxy until it can be fixed, allowing players to use the eu2 proxy without having to restart the launcher multiple times.

    Would it be possible to get some sort of response from a member of the Dev team or community mod to let us know if this has been acknowledged as a genuine issue?

    You won't get a response, this was a problem in Star Trek Online and it never got sorted, now Cryptic have copied the same bad issues over to Neverwinter. If it was in America it would be sorted straight away but Eu problems they just ignore, I uninstalled Stol because of this issue and now Neverwinter will probably get deleted too because of the SAME ISSUE. Bad show Cryptic bad show.

    Same problem here. I'm not even trying to use the proxy anymore...my ping gets worse if i use the eu proxy. It's sad that europeans are getting ignored...Cryptic/PW needs to do something about this and i think we deserve the same treatment as US people get...

    I used to use the EU proxy , I had lag issues . THen I stopped using the EU proxy and my lag issues vanished , also the annoying server busy login server blah blah .

    Stop using the proxys altogether .
