When will voice chat be fixed?

Voice chat was so great that I really miss it now. I often play with another person or two, even when not in a dungeon delve, so voice chat is pretty important. It's hard to stop and type all the time. Is a fix for this even on the horizon? The stickied thread has no new info or updates.

    i cant even get the voice test recording to work, is anyone else having this problem also? let alone actuall voice chat working?

    Same with me. Voice testing does not even function.
