How to claim Guardian of Neverwinter ($60) pack?

i bought the guaridan of neverwinter pack yesterday, transaction was succesful and my account is flagged as guardian. how do i claim the items promised in the guadian pack though? (i.e. the mount, the 600k AD, etc) they are still not in my inventory.

    Run through the first few quests to get into Protector's Enclave. Complete the "Rags to Riches" quest you get from Sergeant Knox, and after that you should receive your Guardian pack items in the in-game mail.

    thanks, did that and got my items. i did not however receive the 600k AD

    what do i need to do to get that?

    on top of screem in game youll see a Z(for zen) and a crystal on the same icon, its flashy (like the email one when u have email) there you got your 600 that you can withdraw when you want and with the caracther you want (witch give you possibility to take 300k on one and 300k on the other one)
    Founder back a week ago, already pissed by cryptic ''no roll back'' decision

    Thanks, was wondering how to do that.

    For me I had a problem in that the confirmation email to claim the pack went to my spam folder. I wasn't expecting to have to confirm so I was confused for a bit.
