Fix so far: Allow only a single person to pick up both keys.

also we think it has to do with everyone cramming up at the gate. have 1 person be near the final gate to activate it and have everyone else hang back.

True. I picked both keys up and my friend stood back.
It's still a bug after the cut scene i cant go any further the gate interaction vanished. Is there a fix for this?

I was soloing, so had both keys, and the same thing happened to me. Seems possibly to be lag related, as I was experiencing major rubber banding, was Lag Killed twice just prior, and was actually logged off after a 5+ minute "Server Not responding" message.

Wrong, or not enough: Only allow one person to click on the gates...
We had a similar problem with a group of two, one person picked up the keys, but both clicked on the gate. It opened and closed, counted as open and deactivated, but it was now closed again - and we had to rerun the dungeon. \o/
I have same issue with the 1st door playing solo. Door opened half way then closed and could not continue. Probably will not get a response from ticket so will have to redo level again. grrrrrrrr
I think it has something to do with other objects around the door.

As of this day I haven't got a response to my ticket. So I don't think you should hang around for a reply...
Party of two, we both clicked the second gate, the cutscene played and then nothing happened. The quest tracker said unable to locate quest objective waypoint. Tried logging out and logging back in and that didn't work. Going to have to start over.
