Neverwinter Gateway crafting

Does anyone else get stuck when a task finishes, but it asks you to pay -1 AD to finish it? Neither option will claim the item, and that task box is now stuck.

    if you wait a few it works itself out, or you can log out and log back in. either way it's just a bit delayed but will show up eventually.

    Not true in all cases. I have been getting stuck and unable to complete task as described above. I have logged out and back in for 8 hours at work but the only way to complete it is when I can get home and log into the game. It seems to be happening to Leadership tasks. I am using gateway for 8 hours a day with one box doing Tailor and my second unlocked one doing Leadership. Its always the leadership one that gets stuck and have had it get stuck in both of my two unlocked ones.

    Mine is platesmithing. Sometimes logging in and out works, sometimes it doesn't

    Been dealing with this myself. Leadership did it, then later Tailoring. I am using 2 profession slots: It seems that if one job finishes before the second is complete, the system want's to wait until everything is complete, which creates the lock.

    Firefox Browser: To fix I had to flush my cache, and reopen the browser, (it has worked every time). When you try to log in it will not let you, and you'll get a 1 time use code in your email, as your browser will be unrecognized. Just closing the browser, or logging out did not help me.

    I found an easier fix. I have both Chrome and Firefox on my machine, when I have a problem with one, I just load the gateway in the other browser. This seems to fix the issue every time that I've encountered it.

    I've also had this bug, and agree that it should be fixed. Having to enter a one-time code or log in sorta defeats the purpose of the gateway.

    Thank you! I've tried all sorts of things with Chrome but never thought to try another browser. This worked for me... no more waiting hours for a finished Leadership task to actually finish! :D

    I have three professions boxes and its my middle box that always gets stuck, whether its leadership or mailsmithing. I tried deleting all my cache and that didn't help either. Logging in is the only sure way I've found it to work. I will try using a different browser too.
