Trickster Rogue looking for a PvE guild [Mindflayer]

The title states most of what I am looking for. After having run my 6th attempt at Lair of the Mad Dragon through PuGs, aka the matching system, and failing, I decided that I would hang up my solo game-play attempts and look for a group or a guild that I could both receive help from and contribute to. The overall problem is game mechanics as far as I can tell, because in my six attempts, four of them had at least one member either leave or disconnect, with no way for us to receive any new players into the party.
What I am looking for/what I believe I can provide:
-A group/guild that is focused on PvE, more specifically, on dungeon running and clearing.
-It is not necessarily a group that is always running dungeons that I am looking for, but rather, I would prefer to avoid hardcore PvP guilds because PvE content is generally what I play for in MMORPGs.
-I am always willing, when online of course, to jump into dungeons or raids or even to wander around and do quests or foundry missions.
