Buying Zen - Be Careful

So, I decided to plop down $20 this weekend to check out the Zen purchase and get a few things. Made the purchase via PayPal this weekend, money came out of my account within a few seconds, payment finished processing on PW's site, and they said the transaction is complete. However, much to my surprise, no Zen in my wallet. Logged out, and back in, still no Zen.

What to do? OK, let's call customer support. Oh, wait, they are not open on the weekends...

Here it is now Monday, still no Zen, still waiting until noon CST to be able to call customer support and ask them what's up. I will update this post with developments, but wanted to give my fellow gamers some insight into my experience.

UPDATE: Their office opens at 10am PST. I called at 10:05am PST. I was told by a recording all agents are busy please hold. Then after about a minute, told by a recording to call back later, and was disconnected.

    You made sure to select the game/server you wanted zen moved from/to, right? Just want to make sure it's the actual transaction page in your wallet that does not show any zen purchase?

    did you transfer the zen to never winter nights? I had this same peoblem . go to the webpage and click transfer zen and choose the correct game. very unintuitive.

    I'm sure he feels like an idiot now for ranting when he didn't know all the information.
    You bought Zen, which put it into your CRYPTIC wallet. You now need to CHOOSE THE GAME on the website to transfer the zen to.

    Did you transfer your Zen to Neverwinter?

    Did you check the FAQ?

    If this is your first Zen purchase with PWE it has to be set up manually by one of the employees on-site at billing. Takes about 3 hours or so, if you do it during the week (24 hour service, even) but on Weekends they close.

    Guys, thank you all very much, you were right, I was not doing that. And not a single flame, even better!
