Unknown Enchancement type?

I received a piece of gear today Thaumaturgist's Talisman.

It has a 'socket', but the type says Unknown. Is this a bug, or is there a way to find out what type it is?

    I have the same item - wondering if this is a bug or not as well. Enchantments show up for it, but I am worried about binding something and having it not work, then paying to remove it.

    I too have this item with an unknown socket type.

    It won't take any enchantment I have. And I have many different types.

    I submitted a ticket in-game, I didn't see it in a previous bug - though I'm not sure I entirely trust the search mechanism.

    Guess we'll see what happens
