When I created my character during early access I claimed my diamonds without realizing they were character bound. shortly after I deleted and remade the character as I wanted the same name, and of course the diamonds got deleted with him.
I've submitted 2 tickets to customer support, the oldest is 8 days old now and I've still no reply. the support email is in my safe senders list so shouldn't be a problem there.
I know some people with blame me for being stupid to claim them, but i was just getting grips with the game and got a bit click happy. Pretty devastated I lost them and I'm not holding much hope for them being restored, but knowing customer support exists would be nice.
Did you not read the disclaimer when you click accept to put the coins on your character.... basically your SoL.

That's some bullpoop if you can't get those back. Their should be a system in place that preserves things like that. When a character gets deleted it goes into an account pool which can be drawn out of again.

wow i feel so sorry for you, wait, actually i am not, tbh You made a char and then deleted it? Why? to try things out? seriously?
you should have known that the AD was character bound and it's your own fault that you lost them, perhaps customer support is so happy to send you them back but i don't think so, also there is NO ONE on this forum who could help you with this besides agreeing or disagreeing with your problem which will lead to endless discussions about a fault you made.
So i suggest you just wait and next time be less of an idiot.

The system in place is a great big warning that pops up and tells you that if you delete this char after transferring, you lose the diamonds. You have to accept this warning before you can transfer so he shot himself in the foot.
I'm not asking for sympathy,its my fault and I don't need anyone to tell me I'm an idiot, I'm fully aware of that.
I've never had any experience with astral diamonds before, and like I said I got click happy i originally thought they could be claimed on all characters like the other founders items as on the main purchase page there's nothing to say there a one time only. Now I've played the game it obviously makes sense though as I had no idea of there value.
I made a mistake and wanted to speak to someone in support. There are other posts where other people have made the exact same mistake and a few got responses from a GM but where do I turn to If my tickets don't get answered. I tried the support option through the website but the viewing tickets just bugs out with the page saying "Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete." I've tried all other browsers too, and even mutliple pc's at home and at work and the online ticket system refuses to work.
Other than going to Perfect worlds headquarters I'm out of ideas.
