Unlocked Second Daily Slot Early

So, I'm only level 11 and I can use my second daily slot. I accomplished this by going into a PVP match, which had unlocked the second slot, and equiped a daily power into that slot. After the match was finished it didn't remove the power or lock out the slot entirely, but I can still use the power in the slot.

Also, I can't remove the power, apparently.
