Unable to play for 2 days help please.

My main, a lvl 21 GF is stuck in blackdagger ruins or something. Every time i load him the game crashes.
I sent a support ticket and received an automated message with nothing usefull. I have contacted a GM for the second time, tonight, and am currently waiting for the response.

Someone in the enclave told me it might be corupted files. So i am wondering if there is a fast way to repair my install. Or should i wait for a GM or reinstall the game completely.

Will i have to download the game all over again if i reinstall?

    Don't let him get to you - apparently he's sore about something and his meds have worn off.
    As for your problem have you checked out the FAQ's - had a similar problem and it was fixed at the last patch.

    Don't worry i'm not letting him get to me, i actually find it quite funny. What saddens me if that he was my first and only reply in these forums for all 4 of my posts.

    i'm rereading the FAQ now, and trying to fix my audio issue in the meanwhile.

    I'd work on my foundry quest but i might not be able to receive my GM response.

    im having a similar issue, havnt found what is wrong and been talking to support for a bit. i havnt gotten past lvl 1 ><

    Woa that sux.
    At least you are in contact with them.

    Have you tried making a new char? The only reason i haven't done it is because im lvl 21.

    yeah ive tried making a new char.... still get the same thing.

    This happen to me yesterday but after the 2nd login attempt, it gave me a option of a safe mode login to a last zone instance before the crash.

    The game stops reponsding. I get no error message, no prompts nothing. It has hapened several times now. It first started when i joined an instance with a friend. I crashed at load in near the fire. after 3-4 crashes i gave up until he finished the quest. It hapened the next day when i was a lone in a quest. crashed 3 times in a row on load. 4th time worked and the witch i was escorting killed all the mobs and transformed whilst i was reconecting.
    Now it happens every time i load the character. This is all i get to see before the game stops responding.

    i load my character get to see the starting clip, load on the beach and before i can take a step i crash .... everytime. very annoying but i really want to play, so im trying everything i can find

    I'd like some information on reinstalling. Have you done it? do i have to download everything all over again?

    Suggestions to the devs, have a repair install command in the launcher.

    i have reinstalled the game about 16 times..... i go to control panel and uninstall. then find the setup for the game and reinstall. ive down loaded the game again and just finished installing. now im patching

    Still haven't gotten a response.
    I'm going to bed.
    I am fairly happy where my foundry quest is it. Feel free to try it and give it a review.

    Sorry, support is doing the best they can to chug through tickets but there's a large volume of support tickets to deal with due to the recent release.

    This sounds like a bug though. The best I can do is put this thread in a location where it can be reviewed by the appropriate staff members.

    I hope your issue is resolved soon.

    I had the issue with the game crashing. You might want to try going to your C:\Users\Public\Games\Cryptic Studios\Neverwinter\Live\piggs and deleting the files and redownloading them.

    I have the same problem since launch day, still no solution. Redownloading those files didn't help
