Help!! Any gm! Or admin

i was not aware at all and did not know about mistake i did;/

i have rogue so i wanted mail some items to my alt..

i mailed alot mats include my 200 health stones that worth (1500 zen!!)
But i wrote only Character name and i forgot write Handler...
now i waited very long and i did not recivied my items on my alt;/
i did not know that i must write handler name also;// is there way fix it? i really dont wanna lose 1500 zen heal stones;/// plz any gm help!

i sended items from Char name : Bloodlust TO IronBreaker

and i forgot write handler;///

    You sure they sent? I didn't think you could send anything without the @handle part of the character name.

    yes! it sended!!..... and i did not put handler even ;//

    You shouldn't be able to send mail without an @handle as far as I know. :eek:

    But you will have to contact support in order to resolve account related issues. The Forum Staff and Representatives can not solve these matters.

    Feel free to PM Me and the other forum moderators if you need any further information.
