Health Potion, "You can not use this power."

Maybe it isn't a bug and I just randomly can't use Health Potions. But I am unable to use them. I get a message, "You can not use this power."

Nope. Not PvPing either. I have tried re-logging. Buying new pots. Moving them in and out of the quick slot.

Any suggestions? Anyone else having this issue?

    Figured out the issue.

    If another player mails you the potions you're unable to use them. Ended up selling them and buying potions on my own. No problem with them.

    Does this sort of thing occur with potions that you receive either as loot or rewards as well, and do not get in the mail? I have had the same issue. I tried using potions last night and even after double-clicking on them as instructed (in my inventory and in the item bar) my health did not return. The potions appeared to be consumed, however. I must be doing something wrong but I'm not certain what, being brand-new to the game...I'd appreciate any advice, and thanks! :)

    I am having this issue with a mount... I cannot mount my nightmare, it was working before i entered an instance in neverdeath. Now it does NOT work. I have logged on and off, and it does nothing.

    okay I have fixed my problem thanks to another thread. basically the bottom potion is bugged in a stack. to fix it you have to do this.

    put all your potions of the type that is bugged into your inventory. split the stack (shift click and drag). the half that ends up on your cursor move to somewhere far away from the original stack so you don't get them mixed up.
    continue splitting the original stack until there is one left in it. that should be the bugged one. keep it separate, and move all the split stacks into a single stack and pop onto your bar. test them to make sure they are working. if so then sell the bugged potion and you should be good to go.
