Founder's Guardian Pack Question

Does every character on the account get the Guardian Pack mount? How does it work? My first character got the founder's items, if I use it will all characters have access to the mount etc?

    Yes. All characters get the mount. You'll recieve a 'mail' on each character you create with it. :)

    Ok ty, the reason I asked is because my second character did not get any mail. But he is only level 5, so maybe that is why?

    Possible that it got bugged, did you make the character before or after you purchased the founders pack? All I can recommend really is you send a ticket to support in that case (can be done in-game)

    After. I notice my forum name doesn't say "Guardian". Thanks for the help, I will contact support.

    Hello

    Make sure you're logged into the forum and go under USER CP then Permissions groups. You should be able to select guardian there.

    Also you can claim items (if they don't show up for some reason) at the founders claim vendor (It's near the top of the highest point in Neverwinter on the opposite side from where you find Sgt Knox).

    Just if anyone is wondering, you get the Founder's mail as soon as you hit level 4.
