Completed a few surveys for ZEN, it says I have 550 of it but wont show in game?

Can anyone help me out here? I have zen in my account settings but cant use it in game.. its showing up with 0

    You have to go to your account on the website and transfer your Zen to your Neverwinter account.

    Survey system is pretty terrible, I completed something like 15 (I know I completed them, 99% of them say 'you have completed the survey') and only like 5 of the 15 credited me within 72 hours. The others still say open, if you navigate to the site it even often says 'You have already completed this survey' but if you report it, PWE does nothing.
