WTH is happening with my account?

So first of all... when i tried to log-in... it was asking for a "one-time-code" which i didnt receive at all...
After searching long on the internet, an advice was; make a new PW account, and use that code.
So i did that, and played Neverwinter for 3 mins with that new account, so i had to create a new character.
After logging out to log-in with my real account, he didnt ask for the "one-time-code", which was a good sign, but then, i didnt see any characters on my account...

Do i really have to start over again? Or is this some weird cr@p thats happening which can be fixed?

    A) Not answered in 20 Minutes and your bumping?
    B) You MUST phone on a telephone customer service they are the only people who can help you.
    C) You are certain that you checked the email account associated with your PWI account?

    There is an issue with the Account Guard system at the moment which they are striving to address.
    I'm not informed of the specifics but initial reports seem to have something to do with Yahoo Mail.

    Try using an alternate e-mail address until the issue gets resolved and sorry for the inconveniences.
    I promise you it is being worked on as we speak.
