Anyone else have this issue? Ive got a pretty powerful computer so I assuming its on their end but yeah when I drag npcs or anything I guess it will randomly lock up and when I view it in task maanger on windows it shows it running but using almost 100 percent of cpu ive a 8 core cpu btw.

I've started messing around with Foundry. Yes, this happens to me all the time. Best solution I've found is to force a save (ctrl-s).

Yes this has been happening to me constantly. Pain cause then I have to turn off my computer from the tower and then reboot it again.

You can press alt-f4 to open up the close game menu, and from there you get control of your mouse back ;D

Don't drag an item over the 3D Model view, drag around it and you won't have the mouse lockup issue.

ctrl-s to save, it will free the mouse. This bug has been around forever.
