Horrible Performance

Hello,
Let me first say that i am enjoying the game immensely so far. I recently hit 60 on my divine cleric and have been healing like a maniac in dungeons.
My concerns are on my system that i seem to get terrible performance. Randomly in the citiy or anywhere in the game its almost as if the game comes to a slow down and my fps gets choppy and cuts in half. After a few seconds it clears up and goes back to normal. I did not notice this in early beta but since open beta its been constant since level one.
System Specs:
Nvidia 580 gtx tri sli
Intel Core I7 2700k @ 5.0ghz
20 gb ddr3 ram
Installed on a crucial m4 ssd.
Thing's ive tried to alleviate the problem:
-Disabled SLI to try to run on one card.
-Re installed the game
-Tried multiple different versions of drivers
-Have tried every setting in game ranging from low to high and everything in between. (No matter what the setting is the problem still re occurs)
* I dunno if this helps or not but the game will no longer allow me to turn on dx11. IT just goes to a black screen and has to be force closed.
If anyone out there has or had any of these problems with a similar system suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Look at the very bottom of video settings in game, click troubleshooting and see what your Dx/Adapter is set to (its a drop down)
If not, what driver ver you running?
Also set a specific game profile in the Nvidia control panel for gameclient.exe and tweak settings in there
When i try to select the dx11 one it just black screen. A few days ago it would let me select the dx11 but it was the same issue.
Im currently using the 320.00 driver. Im going to roll back to the 314.22 one right now.
*currently installing the 314.22 driver.
*Created a nvidia control panel profile. Seems to help i dont see the slow downs anymore. I just see a little worse open world performance. Seems more usage is being on card #1 now. Its a trade off ill gladly take. Thanks !
