Crashes on launcher

  I am getting the same thing and the launcher does not show the server status as green. My fiance and I both have beta keys and we put in our login name and password and hit the red login button it immediately pops up a white box that says cryptic error oops and is asking to submit and error ticket basically, please help!

  Same for me, never played this game before, but for me this is the absolutly worst beta i evar seen, many, many threads about all kind of problems in/with the game

  Having the same issue.
  Tried running in compat mode for xp service packs 2 an 3 windows 7.
  Ran as admin
  installed in different directorys
  selected safemode force verify and disable patching
  and everything else the response i got from my support ticket asked me to do and yet still when i go to click login it crashes

  I'm having problems with login when I type login and password opens a new window says "do you have an account cryptic" option "yes or no" but does not exit this screen.
  Help me pls xD

  It looks like I have the same issue. I can login, but then the progress bar reads "Patching" with no progress after 10 minutes +.
