How Do I buy mroe character slots?

Hey guys. New Player here. Wanting to buy more then the default slots. How would I go about doing that? when I go to buy more character slots it is greyed out and says "not avaliable on this character"

    Do you have at least 500 Zen?
    And you are looking under the "Services" Tab of the Zen Store (Y Key), correct?

    You should be able to buy a maximum of 50 Slots without a problem. *confused*

    You need to log in with a character and use the in-game ZEN store. The button in the character selection screen does not work.

    Click on the Zen Market icon, at the top of the in-game screen.
    In the Zen Market window, click the Services tab.
    Click Character Slots.
    Click buy. (Currently, 500 Zen will buy 2 more character slots.)

    If you do not have 500 Zen, click on the Astral Diamond Exchange icon, at the top of the in-game screen, to buy more Zen.
    Alternatively, you can buy Zen with real world cash, by signing into your Account page on the Perfect World website.
