I never received my Adven helper pack?

I bought one of the Neverwinter starter kits but never received anything from the ADVENTURER'S HELPER PACK (one per account). I got the bag and the amulet but not the pack. What can I do to get it?

I've gotten the stuff from the mail and from the founder vendor (all tabs on him).
I think I originally got it but when I opened it it listed everything but didn't give any of it to me.

I also never received my respec token?


Has anyone else had these problems?

    Had the same thing happen to me. I've looked everywhere, if I got the helper pack or the respec token I sure can't find it.

    Nevermind, found it. These packs need to come with instructions.

    I bought a Hero of the North pack and one of the Neverwinter starter kits but never received anything from the ADVENTURER'S HELPER PACK from either one of them. I got the bag and the amulet from the Neverwinter Starter Kit and everything from the Hero pack except the Adventurer's Helper Packs. What can I do to get it? It's been 9 days now since my last cry for help and still nothing.

    I've tried to put in a support ticket with support but it wont let me choose any "category". It wont even open the drop down menu. I've tried selecting dif games and still no drop down menu.
    This is VERY upsetting. PLEASE devs help!

    OK I finally figured out how to get the drop down to drop down. Ticket submitted.
    You have to click on the word not the arrow. Huh? Why? Lol.

    I didn't get the bag, nor the amulet, nor the helper pack... and i'd like to know why and how I can get them, please... sorry for my bad english...
