A few things about PvP (not complaints actually)

I have actually really been enjoying the pvp in this game, which is rare for me. I have been playing as a CW, and yes at times we can seem OP, but so can rogues, and so can clerics (if there are 2).... not what this thread is about.

I would of course love to see some new maps and game modes, which I am sure are on the way, but my current concerns are more focused on the results of pvp, the rewards. Currently, farming up a set of gear is really quite easy and helps you get into epics quickly. However after you have your set, there isn't anything to work towards. There is the companion for 14k glory, which is great (although he is still not an epic, but rare isn't awful). I would love to see more things like this. Every successful MMO I have ever played has had a ridiculously expensive, time-consuming mount to work towards. Where is Neverwinter's? This is something I would love to see implemented (it would be a nice alternative to the AD grind to get a rank 3 mount, they can sell glory boosters if they are worried about losing money on this). Perhaps a cosmetic set would be another nice reward for dedicated pvpers.

PLEASE! This thread is not for complaints about the current state of PvP. I would love to hear what others might like to see as rewards for glory in the future.

I would be disappointed if they just added the 20v20. I'd like to see different kinds of pop and not just the domination. Death battles, defending/capturing a castle or something, he'll even flag running would be fun.

Maybe take a page from the pwi game and do guild v guild battle grounds to have that zone claimed by that guild

Hopefully in the future they have separate queues based on gear Score for level 60s. Right now it isn't always so bad but some matches are against premades with very very high gear scores. This makes it pretty unenjoyable for the fresh 60s.

Aside from new maps and play modes it would definitely be nice to have some cosmetic gear/mounts/more companions added to glory shop.

But once the new game modes come out they should really have separate queues for the different GS people will have. I love the PvP in this game and I understand that when I am up against a good group that out gears me it's usually GG and that doesn't upset me because it gies me a goal to work towards, finish getting my gear - get on equal footing- and then stomp some faces.

But I can see this being a big deterrent to some of the player base.

    TL;DR
Mounts, Cosmetic gear, Companions, Different Glowy enchantments(I like glowy things) as rewads for glory
Separate queue for the different gearscores at level 60. A fresh 60 with say a 6200 or so GS going up against someone with 9800 is a little unsavory.
MORE MAPS AND PLAY MODES <---- this first and foremost
    [SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
PVPer rocking it Solo queue style since the dawn of Neverwinter

The trick is how cool should a PVP earned rank 3 mount be. If it is a Dragon, even just a landbased dragon... or funnier yet a Land shark. (Bulette) then everyone will be doing PvP to get them. But then again I guess if they made something that cool it would end up in the Zen store.

Yeah I have to admit, I have mostly been playing as a premade. I actually have more respect for a game where coordination wins, but GS + coordination can be a little rough. I wouldn't be opposed to separate queues on that basis. And, concerning Guantlgrym, I hope that gear is unique looking and BoP.

This is probably the first MMO where I enjoyed pvp at all. It's actually my favorite daily and almost as fun as questing. Kudos guys, see it's not all hate :)

Yes! I would love more maps and modes for PvP. I'm currently having fun in PvP despite getting CC'd to death or bursted down by rouges. I main a cleric, so I'm not in a bad position I think, I'm only level 24 though.

Couple of things I want to see in the future are...

Detailed scoreboard, adding things like how much damage a person did, how much a person healed, and how many points a person captured or defended. As well as who killed who somewhere on the screen.

One problem in PvP is that when a person disconnects, it's a 4v5 game. It sucks, but I hope they make it so that people can join in the middle if a person leaves or disconnects. Also the staying in party after the game is over.

Capture the Flag mode should be added. This would help the other classes have some fun while having a more useful role in it. I also want to see a Team Deathmatch mode where two teams just go at it until one team hits the targeted score. Also bigger maps with more people in it.

One mmo I played had a boss pvp where one random player would be made into a boss and the other players got to kill him.

Other than that the only problem I currently have is the DC. It happens whenever my client starts patching when the map's loading.
