Didnt get my zen and lost diamonds

So, unless i didnt understand how it works, i tried to exchange my diamonds for zen on the game store (the 3rd icon from the top screen icon-options).

In the 'BUY' tab, i offered aroundd 140k Diamonds for around 300 Zen, it took m Diamonds, but never gave my Zen.

I checked the mail and nothing, on the 'LISTING' tab it had said the exchange was made but i couldnt find the Zen.

Can you explain what i do now please? i want either my Zen or Diamond back =/.

    To get your zen, someone has to post 300 Zen for 140k diamonds. Your bid is waiting to be filled. After someone fills the bid, then you need to claim the zen.

    But it's not showing anything on the 'listing' tab, its actualy saying 'you have never made a listing exchange' (after i relogged, it appeard that).

    Also, i picked one of the offers someone already had, i didnt offer to buy the Zen, i took someones offer to sell their Zen...
