Gateway Bug

I can log into the Gateway, and I have been using it for a while now without any issues. Google Chrome Browser. But For some reason today I cannot get my character list. I can log in just fine, but no characters display for me to select.

    Are you accessing it from your own machine or somewhere else like work or friends...etc?
    They updated account security, and it watches from where you are logging in. If it's a different place than where you usually play your account is going to require to certify the machine or browser. You can do that or just turn off the security option on your account.
    Funny thing here is why badder with the Gateway if you're at home...right? So why then fuzz at us when we access from somewhere else.
