Broken Idol - Nest Egg Quest

Afternoon,
I have just completed the Nest Egg quest for the second time and recieved the Broken Idol item.
My problem is that the quest, as i understand it, is not repeatable (it doesnt have 'Repeatable' like many other Quests) so its odd that i had it and the item itself says i can double click it for a quest, however it doesnt start, even if i right click it and select the 'Accept Quest' option.
Am i missing something or is it a Bug of some kind.
