Unlock Rank 3 of all previous powers??

You got to be kidding me I thought that I had to upgrade all my previous powers to rank 3 to get some special personal power, but I just realized my mistake and it was that you can now upgrade your skills to rank 3 when you reach level 20. That power box stating that shouldn't even be their if it is just to alert the players that they can now rank their powers to rank 3. This is so BS now I have to spend money to respec my character because I now have powers that I will never use...

That's how they trick you into spending money. They give you a vague tooltip, set you up for failure and then charge you to fix it. It doesn't get any better as you level up.

I think the tooltip is pretty clear, actually. You couldn't put a third point in the previous skills, and when you have spent x points, the third upgrade for each will unlock, just like the tooltip says. It doesn't say or imply you have to upgrade all skills. (Which class?)

It's not a way to trick you into spending money.. you just need to learn how to read things correctly...

I thought it was plainly spelled out, both on the box at level 20 saying rank 3 was unlocked, and in the descriptions of the spells themselves saying that you couldn't get your 3rd rank until 20 points were spent.

You'll be putting 99% of those skills to rank 3 anyway. Also, reading comprehension fail.

Do some research and plan out your builds first.

Saves you stuffing up and then you do not need to respect.

'When you have spent enough points,*you will have spent enough points to unlock rank 3 in all powers*' (u have just upgraded all skills to rank 3 >.>).. lol I read it all wrong I guess.. but still, its misleading >.> it says on every power that u need to spend 20 points to unlock rank 3.. so why put that dodgy info on the skill list..

NVM.. what I mean is... 'Unlock Rank 3 in all Previous Skills!' that is on the 'Skills Unlocked at 20 Points Spent' skill list, that is misleading. End of >.>

Once you have spent 20 points in total, you then unlock the ability to raise powers to rank 3.

I'm sorry that you found it so confusing but I honestly can't think of a way to make it clearer.

If anybody has any suggestions please start up a new thread specifying what the tooltip should say in the Class and Gameplay Forums. :)

Too heated due to the word choices in this thread. Let's respect others, guys.
They are already less than thrilled at the moment and don't need to be insulted for their mistakes.
