Control Wizard Chill effect

So is it just me or does it seem quite silly that CW investing in the chill damage bonus cannot make use of that bonus on bosses as they're immune to cc effects? Possible fix in the future to apply the chill damage bonus for CW going this route?

    You do apply chill to bosses, it just clears right away, so the damage effects for applying chill still work.
