How important are stats? Should I max out one?

Just got my bonus +2 to a stat, not sure what to put it into. I'm a Rogue, so I decided on 18 Dex earlier on (13 STR 13 CHA) which I'm not sure was a mistake or not...

So, should I just continue maxing Dex? Or put it into another stat? I haven't found any good info on statistic breakthroughs yet (i.e, what affects what)

Are stats just for bonus damage/defense, or do they affect other areas? Gear? Are there any breakpoints that are important?

So many questions, so little data...at least the forums are here :)

    str dex would be what I would do.

    Dex is your best stat, because it boosts your crit chance and aoe dmg resist, which is incredible awesome for dungeons. Str for the same reason, you get flat dmg increase, dot resist and stam regen.

    This is the basics, but I got a theory that charisma (due to combat advantage) might be better then strenght when you get the infiltrator's action paragon power.
    I suspect (without any maths to back it up) that it will give you an overall more dmg increase then flat dmg increase from str does.

    Hmm, you're not the first person to say that! I've heard the same in another thread.

    I guess I'll just stick to DEX for now, and wait until all the numbers are crunched before I respec :)

    I would put one in each after lvl 20 :D DEX should be higher.
