So, this is just off the top of my head and is still a WIP.
In combat, at least for a guardian; we get a "Block Meter" and as we guard with our shield we negate damage but lower the meter.
I don't know if this pertains to all classes, but here's my thought on a way to improve everyone's experience.
1: Add a dodge mechanic for all classes, wizards may teleport; archers might have to be in motion to dodge and slide a few feet away depending on the direction they're in, they're just examples.
2: Add a "sprint" Mechanic for all classes, the movement in this game is super slow; making moving around neverwinter and dungeons tedious, especially if you have to backtrack from a dungeon if you think you missed an item or such thing.
3: Not only can we dodge and sprint away from attacks, but enemies can do so as well, not often mind you as that could just get ridiculous; but every so often.
4: I also think that enemies should be able to attack, or cast spells faster; they may be common thieves but they attack you way too slowly. Make combat challenging! Too many mmo's are easy to play solo and even easier in a party.
5: Make our dodges not on cooldowns, but exactly like the "blocking" mechanic Guardians have . Give us a stamina bar that depletes when we dodge or sprint.
Final conclusion: I really like the game and still plan on playing it, but I think these idea's would be a great addition to the game and bring in more customers. Please live your thoughts below, and if you flame anyone including me your an idiot XD
You sure you left tutorial yet?
(and yes, there is an idiot here, but I'll give you a hint: its definitely not me)
No, seriously, you are either brilliant 10/10 troll, or incredibly stupid and ignorant of other classes.
While a good idea in theory, it wouldn't happen. Mobs are meat sponges instead.

@ Lerdocix I hope that you understand that this is an IDEA and though I didn't say it in the opening post I have not played another class other than Guardian so I am extremely "Ignorant" of other classes. I have no clue why someone would take offence to an idea but whatever.
I like a good challenge in games, and this is what I thought would make the game more challenging; if you don't like it, then don't read it or better yet; actually give me some useful feedback.

1. Already in effect.
2. Would honestly love this. Perhaps just faster out of combat movement even, but I suppose that's why mounts exist and they have to make sure we're willing to pay for them.
3. Honestly, I think that would just be annoying. For Great Weapon fighters one of their strongest attacks is a charge up. Imaging charging it up only to have the enemy dodge away. It's not a fun feeling, thus probably isn't a good idea.
4. How high level are you? They attack plenty fast once you get into tower, especially if there's more than 2 or 3.
5. Already exactly how it is in game.

@grantneodude I'm only level 7, so not very high. If enemies are faster later on then awesome, I'm looking forward to it. I didn't know other classes had specific traits to them so that's HAMSTER.

There is just so much fail from this OP, it's not even funny.
