Guardian Pack - Where's my stuff?

So, I know that this is the wrong post to put issues. I haven't received my pack and the Guardian Purchase is now greyed out thanking me for purchase. I have linked my accounts and completed the tutorial. Its been two days and I still haven't received my items. Hopefully someone will see this and help out because PWE phones are obviously a ruse in that they don't even have people manning the phones. Support tickets aren't responded to either. Thanksssss. :D

    You aren't alone. Same problem I am having. Support tickets with a wait time of 3-4 days is kind of ridiculous but I suppose it just can't be helped.

    When you went to finish the founder pack thing from your email is it saying that your forum handle cannot be used?

    No I didn't even get any email other than the initial transaction ones. My email is set up properly and everything too.

    I just received a GM response telling me to do this: https://billing.perfectworld.com/neverwinterguardian/complete which I have already done many times. I'm assuming that the link is completely broken.

    To do what with that link? All it does for me is tell me that my purchase of the thing was complete. It is a page that has kind of annoyed me since even being complete I have not gained anything from it. >_>

    All it tells me is "Someone else has already registered that Display Name. Please choose a new one." with whatever name I put in. It could oisfghau198 and it'll say it's taken. They said my transaction wasn't complete. So it's an issue with their system.

    My issue has been resolved with a GM. They said it was a linking issue and was able to go in and manually fix whatever the issue was. I'm a happier camper now.
