Gateway Issue

I have never been able to get the Gateway to work. I can log in to the system and see my character but when I select it nothing happens. I have tried this with multiple computers and two different browsers. (IE and Chrome)

    Same issue here ! I can't go past the character select on ANY browser

    not good betatesters. It is most probably caused by "wrong" character name and how URL with it is generated. Would help to know both (and maybe there is something what can be done to bypass that bug).
