Combat Advantage

There's a feat in the middle Paragon feat tree that can improve Combat Advantage by 20%. I find the vague wording of this to be really irritating. Does this mean it improves the DAMAGE of Combat Advantage by 20%, or improves the ability to score Combat Advantage by 20%? (A 20% wider arc behind mobs)

Any insight? (Or correction. I may be remembering the feat description incorrectly. I'd love to sign in to confirm this but of course the server login has crashed again)

I believe it improves the benefits Combat Advantage gives you by 20%, but don't quote me on that.

But you're supposed to be an informed player! You shouldn't need to respec, just read the tooltips and make an informed decision, gosh darnit!

Oh wait, there is basically no information about this HAMSTER... anywhere! Good luck getting your spec right

    Which Feat? What Class?

Trickster rogue in Scoundrel path. 1st talent on the bottom side. Improves CA by 20% when skilled 5 points. You get combat advantage when you attack an opponent who is being attacked by someone else from the opposite side, a white part on the circle appears. You also gain CA when in stealth. Clear indicator should be a sword icon next to numbers when you damage someone.

Thanks for clarity, papi032. Yes, my question was relating to 1st talent on the bottom row of Scoundrel path (for Trickster Rogue) "Improves effectiveness of Combat Advantage by... 20% (5/5)"

It doesn't seem clear whether this improves the damage you deal while scoring Combat Advantage, or whether it improves your ability to score Combat Advantage (by widening the rear-arc behind mobs wherein hits score as CA).

It still seems uncertain as to what precisely this feat does, and so I have no idea whether it's worth the investment of my few left over paragon points. Summerspam has it right. Not much info in the tooltips, which wouldn't be so bad if they weren't charging real world money for a respec. They either need to be more clear in their descriptions or make respecs free. At the very least, offer one free respec once you hit 60, since it's common for a max level spec to be quite different from a levelling spec.
