Nightmare mount and new char

I just made a new character that i'm considering to make my main. I have the nightmare mount on my other character. Is there a way to get it on my newer character?
Zironako - level 60 - control wizard
Lucience - level 16 - trickster rogue
Dragon server

    I think in-game mounts are Character Stickies. Once you equip them they are permanently bound to that character. Zen Shop mounts are account wide. In-game Companions are also Character Stickies on pick-up (I think) - Zen Store Companions are Character Stickies on equip - BUT can be unequipped for Astral Diamonds and sold or traded after that.
