buying zen before launch

if we buy things with zen now, when the charcters get wiped for launch, will we have our stuff/zen or is it a waste of money at this point?

    It's Open Beta now and there will be no wipes. So buy away!

    Just like there will be no more character wipes, if you spend zen now it is spent.

    I'm not sure if the ZEN prices in the store will stay the way they are or not, so I won't be spending any zen for a while.
