Consider lowering the tell level limitation

I'd like to suggest lowering the tell level restriction, level 15 might be a little on the high side for it. The reason I say this is that I've been convincing players from my guild in ddo to check out NWO and it's a little annoying for them not to be able to send tells to each other till level 15. I understand that this limit cuts down on spam and gold sellers ext, and that is a good thing but think about lowering it to level 8 or 10, it would be much easier to get people into the game with a lower limit.

    I agree. Also I think they should do something about Zone talk. Because it's hard to even read a single sentence because of all the spam going on. Especially in cities.
