Quci question for mods

Just a quick question, I believe it was yesturday that I saw a sticky explaining what to do if you were not recieving E-mails to adress tickets/ypdates from PW. I've looked and can't seem to finds it, would it be possible to throw me up a link please ? Its been almost a week now that I supposedly should have recieved emails explaining what I need to do about my issues in game and I still haven't recieved anything.

    No mods ? I would use the support tab if it functioned, 3 different PC's and not one of them can bring up the support page.

    Just keep in mind the mods are volunteer and while there is usually at least one lurking about (ready to pounce on me for the least offense :p ) They have jobs, families and lives outside of Neverwinter...except for Andre of course, I heard he is now living in a RV outside of Cryptic headquarters.
