Cant figure out how to add color to signature

I have put it in before my text and after, tried just in front, and just after but still nothing works lol..
Control Wizard = Defqon

    There is an icon on top stating that looks like an italicized A. Clicking on that gives you the color options. Put your text between the [color] brackets.
