Ok, well I swore off MMO's since when I was going to college my first time around I got a serious MUD addiction (1992-3). As one can deduce I am not 'hip' to commands and gameplay nuances. Things like forming a group and many other basics I am completely in the dark on. I saw some posts on recommendations for the game and I have no difficulty playing but my ultimate goal is group play. I am not certain if there is a list a chat commands anywhere but sine I was a MUDDER back in the day I am used to command prompt style interaction. Huge fan of D&D and all rpg gaming so I probably will be investing some serious game time here. Thanks in advance for any tips!

    I've been looking for a list of slash commands as well, mostly because I can't figure out how to do custom emotes and it seems like there really ought to be a way to do this. Check out the last few lines of this sticky for some information that will help you out:

    Ahh, I see. Custom emotes are an option as long as you don't use the whole string "emote". You just have to use /e or /em or /me. Got it.
