GF - Is Mark a form of CC?

Marked targets generate threat. In addition you can take feats to reduce damage of Marked targets.

With that said does this make Mark a form of CC.

The reason I ask is this... The Feat "Crushing Pin" in the Tactics tree states, 'Your control power cause the target to take X% bonus damage of next 3 seconds.'

Would Marking your target cause this Feat to kick in?

I don't know the answer for sure, however from the statements you provided you are controlling a creatures actions by increasing it's threat towards you. I would think that these two abilities work well together.
