Crafting Tools? (Like the Hammer and Bellows?)

Where does one acquire these needed implements?

    There may be other places to get these but so far I've gotten them in 2 places: The chests you get from Leadership quests and the trade packs that you can buy from the Zen store. You can also, of course, buy them on the AH.

    You may be interested to know that you can also upgrade the tools and workers. At certain points in professions, you can upgrade 4 green skill implements to 1 blue one. For example, you could upgrade 4 green hammers to 1 blue. It takes about 18 hours if memory serves. The same goes for blue ones; 4 blue implements can upgrade into 1 purple.

    In town where all the shops are look for the Professions Vendor its in the second tab under assets in that shop.

    This doesn't include the hammer and other blue crafting items such as that, correct? I looked at the vendors in town and was unable to find shears or hammers or any of that. But you can buy the Spools of thread etc from the professions vendor in town. I know that for sure at least.

    It includes hammers, they're just worn (white/common).
    Suggestion: Thank-you package to include Celestial Coin rewards
    This is an open beta. Start treating it like one.

    These are not available in shops, better you get your needs from the professionals near your place.

    There's a second tab with the crafting assets at that vendor that has all the tools.

    I would hope, that after 2 years, they have figured that out by now. :p
