not an answer to what you asked but so you know you can access most areas very low level, maybe right after the tutorial. you get a warning message that you are far too low for the area and death will probably result or something. I never went to a dungeon way higher though but I'm sure it'd probably let you in too.

He was asking this question in my stead, long story;
The concern is that, as far as I know, dungeons have "cutoff" levels, and we've got a five man group of friends playing with differing levels of playtime. I'm afraid I'll outlevel the brackets without ever knowing I entered one because there's really not a lot of information "in your face" up front about dungeon level brackets.
dungeons don't cutoff I don't think, could be wrong, skirmishes cut off. I'm not positive how many but it appears to me that one opens every 10 levels and the one before gets cut off.
the 1st dungeon I think is Cloaktower in the tower district and I went back and solo'd it when I was way higher and I heard at 60 you can do epic versions.
Actually, what I wanted to know is if there is a list somewhere with the dungeons ingame, so I can check how many there are and also their minimum level. It can be a Forum post or something like that, since I couldn't find anything in the wiki.

Sorry for not clarifying this well.
