How to clam "Welcome to Neverwinter" pack ?

I have got an e-mail which is called " Welcome to Neverwinter" and i have a Pack in there. but i cant take it:S Is there any requirements must be done to claim it ?

    In the main city, you have to go to the mailman (you can see him on the minimap). Only if you speak to him, you are able to get items appended to your mails.
