Healing can apply Fairie Fire

As per the title.

I can put fairie fire on my companion with Soothing Light. It also seems Foremaster's Flame, Astral Seal, and/or Repurpose Soul can apply Fairie Fire to my companion and even to myself.

It would be awesome for this to get fixed asap since debuffing my allies is kind of counter productive to playing a cleric.

    This already got reported, it's a bug with anything that applies on spells and repurpose soul. With all the stability issues you can't expect it to get fixed in 1 day, give it time.
