Are the queues gone?

Headed home from work soon and was planning on playing. Did this afternoons patch resolve the queue issue?

    The queues are currently gone in the sense that the server doesn't want anyone on right now.

    Also, we just lost a shard a few minutes ago.

    Dragon Shard got some queue, the two other shards should have less queue. ( i think )
