Well its broken again. Its just white when i start the game. So i cant log in. Thought you allrdy fixed this freeking bug. Last nite i couldn't play due to login complicatiions and HUGE lag. And today it seem queue's and the launcher has ruined it for me. And yes im one of those founders who actually care alot about the game.
Same here, launcher is like having different issues every time I run it, it's almost hilarious, seriously.
I understand this game is for free so yeah, you feel like slacking and not giving a **** about it.
I'd rather have to pay for a game and play it, instead of having it free but broken.
It's the FAIL MMOs decade.

Calm down, the servers are offline for maintenance for the time being.
Like the sticked thread says, maintenance is expected to last for 4 hours, and since it started 3 hours ago, it's 1 more hour at least (could last longer).

So fix it dammit.
The game is down right now due to work on their end to try to deal with some of the issues you raised in your post, among other things. They are working on it. Estimate service restoration time... Soon... (Soon may not be exactly as suggested by the use of the word soon.)

Its funny how the run the maintenance at these hours. When they open up the servers again they are gonna get hammered to pieces. Not really that well planned if you ask me.
I agree on that, have no clue why they are doing the maintenance now either. But heck, back when I played WoW they did maintenance during prime hours every week.

It's not maintenance, it's trouble shooting. That is is taking place now suggests they feel it too important to get done now rather than wait for a better time. It's kind of like emergency surgery not waiting until it's a convenient time for both doctor and patient.
More tears for the forum I see. Man, when will people start feeling stupid for hating video game companies. Go on and spread more hate and prejudices on the internet, there is clearly not enough of that going around.

Um...
This IS when they do all maintenance work. Starts at 7ish in the morning PST, normally once a week on Friday. They've been doing that on all of their games for years now.
You mention 'prime time', which implies that you're over in the UK or something. Sorry, but...they do their work when their staff is in the office during the earliest available time.

Whos' prime hours? Your's, Europe's, Asia's, America's? There is no such thing as "prime hours" when the game is accessed world wide.

I know; how dare we suggest they do maintenance work at a time convenient for us, their customers, and not when it's convenient for them. People these days, huh?

Hmm. I wasn't aware that the playerbase ("us, their customers") was primarily/mostly European. I'm pretty sure a large chunk (along with the company & it's employees) are in the Americas.
...and why is this still a surprise to anyone playing MMOs? **** near everyone in the last ten years has done their maintenance during the AM hours, PST. This is nothing new.

No, it's just PWE.
Want to know why Neverwinter is so laggy? Check out the "Latency" section in this thread.

No time like the present I say.
