problem with great weapon fighter post lvl18.

Hello, I've got this problem on my gwf, i can't add powers since i reached lvl 18 (thats when i finished doing +2 on all my powers) it says u need to spend 20 points to get 'access' to the third tier, but i can't spend them, im stuck at 18 spent and i cannot add my powers anymore, do i do something wrong? Maybe there's npc i need to contact or something? thanks in advance

    i just hitted 18 or 19 w/e it was few seconds before shutdown, ill know more when servers are back up :)

    You need to spend those points on skills you already have to improve their rank.
    Each skill has 3 ranks, 2 of which are available at that point.
    The third rank of all skills is unlocked at 20 points along with the next tier of skills.

    Thats what i did, i've got every skill/power on 2 and im lvl 25 or something and got 7 points to spend and i just cant spend them, i tried to spend them elsewhere but i cant

    scroll down on the powers list...there are more down there...I was wondering the same thing for a bit there but then I found them. A little late though as I wouldn't have spent points on some things had I known there were more powers below :/

    Thanks a bunch, will scroll down when servers are up, this is major fail tbh as i missed alot of cool powers probably and lvled up the bad ones :p
