Rothe Valley Quest Bug

I searched and didn't find anything, but did anyone else have a problem with one of the quests in Rothe Valley?

I forget the name of the quest, but after killing so many mobs you have to talk to three town leaders. The town leaders are in cages and have a little diamond over their head, but they spawn waist deep in the ground and you don't get the message to Press F to talk with them, hence you can't complete the quest and can't move on.

It happened to me last night and was still that way this morning when I checked before work. I tried to change instances but there was no other instance available.

Did I mess something up or have others had the same problem?

    I just did that quest today and was confused for a bit until I figured it out. You have to be at a certain angle to be able to talk to the town leaders in the cages. Just keep slowly moving around the cage and you'll see the quest text pop up eventually. They definitely should fix this so you can talk to them as long as you're standing near the cage.

    Stand a t a 45 degree angle (corner of the cages). Mine weren't half in the ground but untargetable due to the cage.
