Stop control key from locking

I use the control key for mumble and when I'm running around the city trying to talk, it locks on people and makes me run all over the place. This is very annoying. Can I stop the control key from locking on to random people? Having to stop and converse then start moving again only to have to stop and talk again is crazy bad.

I realize most people don't ever think of this, myself included whenever it's a problem.

But rebinding your push-to-talk key isn't as bad as it seems. You'll get used to it quickly.

While this is true, it is still something that you should be able to re-bind in NW, as well. Having a button that performs an action, and isn't present on the keybind list, is frustrating.

I noticed that when I went and looked at the binds. The control key is not listed and yet it's locking targets. Hopefully this will get fixed and we can rebind that action. I'd rather change that than my PTT key. You get used to something for years and to change that key in mumble for one game changes it for every game thereafter. I'd rather not mess with my settings in mumble and be able to adjust the game to my liking. It's more my wife taking issue. She actually has a G110 and could bind here PTT key to one of those extra keys right next to the control key. But, like me, she is used to a certain control scheme we've been using for years. She's having enough trouble with the 3rd person shooter mechanic. I hope Cryptic will give us the option in the very near future to change this within the binds.
