I bought the Neverwinter Starter Kit so where is it?

Is it the Adventurer's Reward that I have in my inventory and requires me to be level 5?
I play as a control wizard and when it comes down to it... it's all about the freeze.

Try mailbox or maybe the founder vendor by the guy that gives you the clothes.

Nope, it's not in the Mail Inbox and where is the founder vendor?

I'm out in the boondocks here or at least close to the coast.

My mail, claimed at the Postal Vendor was very small, included a few dyes and a small amount of potions. Someone told me the rest, including the bag, would appear when I leveled into it. I sure hope so. It seemed rather dinky for the trouble of sending what amounted to not that much, but at least a show of support. Someone please direct us?

You can find your Starter Kit items at the Founders Agent at the Temple of Tyr in the merchant stall next to the quartermaster who gives you your lovely Peasant Clothing.

Each of your items should be claimable from the Claim tab one time per Starter Kit purchased.

Also, we are not happy with how this is discovered at the moment and apologize for the inconvenience of finding those items.

Why not make this a sticky thread?

I bet that a lot of people will have the same problem.

Thanks Panderas. I spammed the airwaves in game several times and never got an answer.
