Auction house: Sort by level

The sort by level feature in the Auction House is broken (for the minimum). Currently it does nothing.

If I'm a level 50 character and I want to browse items from level 45-50, instead I have to sort through several hundred lesser items from level 1 upwards. Since there is no level indication on the auction list, that means I have to hover my mouse over each and every item, for hundreds of items, just to see if it's in my bracket.

CO had this same problem for months until I quit (although the auction house wasn't functional at all for several weeks)
STO had this same problem until I quit (it was the same engine as CO, re-skinned)

Please. It's almost impossible to find anything. I'm hoping that since Cryptic actually makes money from the AH via taxed AD that this issue will finally be addressed, it's particularly frustrating and it makes the AH almost worthless for lots of people.

I'm trying to be constructive here, but who writes the code for the trade houses in your games? Do we not learn this lesson across three games? Come on.

    Not sure how you can bone a simple filter. Been broken for entire Beta.

    Sad to hear its broken in every game they have lol

    Also wondering why you cannot cancel a bid. Maybe that is usual for AHs.

    I discovered that the upper bracket is also broken, if you don't click the "usable by me" option. That button appears to work for the upper bracket, but still also shows hundreds of useless items level 1 and up regardless of the lower bracket.

    Currently the brackets do nothing at all at any time.

    I'm not sure if any of the sorting works at the moment.

    Both in game and in the gateway, sorting by time remaining, for example, while it does change the order things appear in; doesn't actually seem to put them in to time remaining order. I still find myself having to trawl through 10s of pages looking for auctions that are about to finish manually.

    As a side note, if it is going to be fixed the sorting should be done over the entire returned data set, not just the items on the page that are being shown at the moment. That's been done in another game and was less than useless.

    I had also noticed that the filtering left a lot to be desired but I was actually looking for stuff to buy rather than testing it so worked around it and didn't focus on what it seemed to be doing.

    they need to put the item min. level on the main page so u can sort by min item level. imo

    This issue is still not fixed. The auction house is chock full of useless items which will NEVER sell, and useful items which nobody can locate. It's completely broken if you're not searching for something name-specific, why is this a constant theme with Cryptic?

    It was identical in CO, it was identical in STO, how many big budget games do you need on your resume before you get this bug fixed across them? It's not like the wheel is being invented from scratch, there's really no excuse at this point.

    Been broken for entire Beta. You couldn't find anything fast on the AH to save your life. Best bet is to know the exact name of the items you would like to buy. The Broker is bullshut. They don't want you to make any Astral Diamonds, they want you to buy them with out of pocket cash. Pusses me off to not want to play the game at all. They'll make a ranger class right after I quit!

    Also why does the cursor not show up when I click when posting? You never know where you are at when editing...
    How about a Ranger?
